PAYMENT POLICIES
*Please read this Policy in
its Entirety*
- Tuition payments
are due in 3 installments. The first payment is due at registration,
second in September 30th and third is due by January 31st.
- A $20 bookkeeping
fee is charged on all tuitions received after September 30th
and January 31st.
- There will be
a CUMULATIVE $20 bookkeeping fee charge for EACH month that
tuition is not received by the due date.
- WE DO NOT SEND
OUT BILLS. It is responsibility to pay your tuition on time.
We will do our best to advertise the due dates.
- A costume
deposit of 31.80 per class is due by November 15th.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN
FOR ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL A CLASS.
- The school holds
the right to cancel classes not meeting minimum enrollment by giving a
pro-rated refund or offering another class of the same level. Class
sizes are limited, so please register early. Once registration is
received, the student is considered enrolled for the full session.
- There are NO
REFUNDS nor credit allowed for absences from classes. It is the
student's responsibility to attend classes or make up classes they miss.
- Late
Registrations are accepted depending on available space. We do not
prorate tuition; we advise late applicants to make up the classes they
have missed
